Terminland Online Booking Tool

On our website you have the possibility to make appointments with us. We use Terminland for booking appointments. The provider is Terminland GmbH, Kreuzberger Ring 44a, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany (hereinafter "Terminland").

For the purpose of booking an appointment, you enter the requested data and the desired date in the mask provided. The data entered will be used for the planning, execution and, if necessary, the follow-up of the appointment. Furthermore, Terminland collects log files (number and time of page views, browser, browser version and operating system as well as an anonymized IP address).

The appointment data is stored for us on the servers of Terminland, whose privacy policy you can view here: https://www.terminland.de/datenschutz/.

The data you enter will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

According to Art. 6 DSG, personal data may only be processed if they are

The website operator has a legitimate interest in making it as uncomplicated as possible to arrange appointments with interested parties and customers.Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 DSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.

The patient software was purchased, data remains encrypted in-house. As payment is made in cash, no external invoicing tool is used.

Reclaim receipts are printed out directly. Only on request and after the client has signed a declaration of consent will the reclaim voucher be sent by email.
